It's in very very good condition as fortunately only used on good weather days - never used the tie down kit. The bag has a broken wheel - I took the cheaper free option and didn't upgrade to the stronger bag - I did get hold of a used bag that was ripped and had planned to swap the wheel out but never got round to it. Used max 6 times over the last 2 years. A strong and professional shelter.
