Outside size: 614cm x 252cm Inside size: 580cm x 219cm It is fully insulated. The roof and walls are insulated with fibre glass and the floor is insulated with Kingspan insulating foam. Internal stud frame for walls and ceiling has been build using 4x2 timber. The placement of the stud is 60cm apart which offers a strong and secure wall and a good foundation for the plasterboard.

The cladding to the outside is marine plywood which is made out of oak and mahogany. The finishing trims and facial board are solid mahogany and, all the outside wood is treated against mould, algae, fungi, wood boring insects and UV light degradation as well for showing off the gorgeous colour and texture of the wood.

The roof is built using 4x2 timber and covered with galvanised corrugated sheets. It has its own circuit breaker panel, 3 celling lights, 2 wall lights, 4 double plug sockets and 3 outside lights.
