Handmade m & t heavy structural frame. 4.2m x 3.2m x3m. Douglas Fir central bay is planed & oiled. A few dents and scratches here and there. Handmade Heavy Structural Portal Frame 4.2m long, 3.2.

Mortise & tenon joints drawn tight with oak pegs. Prefabricated rigid, lightweight'Lantern' in polycarbonate detaches in one piece, has lifting eyes. All components fit into a LWB panel van.

This frame could be extended with an additional'lean to' either or both sides to double the floor area from 13sqm to 26sqm. The frame is large enough to park a small car in; it is strong enough to install and use a 1 ton chain hoist up in the roof/lantern space. It would serve well as a workshop for heavy materials.

It could serve as a 2nd story above a basement or ground floor built in masonry. The floor beams at 200x150mm are structurally sufficient to carry a floor loading using joists on hangers. Currently dismantled and stored near Bristol.
